Lauren began her career as an osteopath, having completed a Master's in Health Science, she then founded and ran a brick-and-mortar allied health studio in her hometown Melbourne.
In that time she worked with thousands of clients and supported more than 100 entrepreneurs to launch and scale their own businesses.
Through that work, she learned that doing the personal development and building external success is one thing. But it's what is happening in your internal world that will determine the outcome of your life, your relationships, and your overall impact in this world.

Three years of performance coaching with business owners and entrepreneurs showed her the same pattern, again and again. It's easy to stack information and skills. At a certain point, it stops being about head knowledge and instead embodying the work.
Lauren saw this pattern in her clients, and in herself: racing from milestone to milestone, attaching identity to roles, outcomes, and achievements. That led to her own period of unravelling and untangling - and to the work she does now.
Lauren believes we were each created on purpose, for a purpose. Her work sits at the intersection of emotional depth, tangible strategy, and faith - drawing on somatic processing, neuropsychology, and biblical theology to build a foundation that is no longer dependent on the external world or personal circumstances.
She helps high-achieving, high-output professionals get out of their head and into their heart, so life feels good, not just looks good.

Sessions involve talking through and aligning on goals, creating space to explore experiences and emotions, and better understanding your brain and nervous system.
Lauren challenges unhelpful narratives and belief systems, and works with you to integrate tangible strategies into your day-to-day.
You can expect to learn more about navigating feelings such as shame, grief, and anger, build emotional regulation, manage and increase your tolerance to periods of stress and turbulence, and expand your capacity for presence, fun, and joy.
Lauren is currently completing a Master of Counselling studies, with her techniques and strategies being evidence based in nature.
Outside of work, Lauren lives on the Sunshine Coast with her two dogs, volunteers with an animal rescue, and is very active within her church community. Her mornings often start at the beach - a non-negotiable part of how she stays grounded and present for the work she does with clients. She values both family and freedom, and aims to not only share the good news, but also live by example.
